Thank you for visiting Summit Solutions Consulting, where “Real life solutions for real life problems” is not just a slogan, it is the way we do business. We know your organization has to exist in a real world with real challenges. You can’t afford to invest your time or budget in unproven theories spouted by unproven theoreticians. At Summit, we spend a lot of time making sure we have our feet firmly planted in reality, but that doesn’t mean we are pessimists. We know there are many ways to get out of the valley and move towards the mountaintop. We also know the best ways are rooted in good planning, good training and good policy, with good people working together to make it all happen.

When you google the old saying “plan your work and work your plan” you get 87 million results in about a quarter of a second. It would seem that everyone has heard that little piece of wisdom. At Summit, our mission is to facilitate reflection, communication and training to assist individuals and organizations to explore areas of need, craft responses appropriate to the need and implement long lasting solutions of substance. In other words, we help you plan the right work and work the plan that’s right for you.

We leave the quick and simple answers to those who deal with easy, simple challenges. If you and your team want to build a solid organization that will overcome obstacles and stand the tests of time, you will want to work with Summit, and we want to work with you.

We invite you to explore the training, products and services we offer. When you are ready to begin your expedition, give us a call or drop us a line. The climb may be tough, but you will have no doubt you made the right choice when you stand on The Summit and take in the view.
